关于请中国国际贸易促进委员会驻比利时代表处协助邀请比利时企业参加“2007中国国际城市动力地产博览会” 的函

经中国国际贸易促进委员会批准的首届中国国际城市动力地产博览会（简称中国动力会）将于2007年10月15日至17日在中国国际展览中心隆重举行。本届博览会由建设部等单位主办，将以"中国动力 世界机会"为宗旨，力图打造中国有史以来最大的城市资源展示与交易平台，通过地产经济带动城市经济乃至促进中国各大经济区域综合产业经济最和谐地发展，强力推动21世纪中国的城市化进程。

作为中国动力会的点睛之笔----中国城市化动力与国际投资高峰论坛（简称论坛）将于10月14日至15日举办。论坛将邀请中国人大、政协、国务院相关部委、地方省市领导和联合国驻华机构、驻华使馆、驻华商社、国际金融投资机构、世界五百强大型企业集团、中国八大经济区域地产及城市支柱产业、国内外著名专家学者、中外新闻媒体等各界人士出席。参会人员控制在500人以内。

论坛以“创新商机 和谐共享”为主题，下设思想、资本、城市、投资等诸多议题。主要涵盖以下几方面内容。

一、 国务院主管部委领导将就地产在城市经济中的新定位和国家地产政策导向进行解读。

二、 国内外专家学者将对创新的动力地产理论进行研讨、论证。

三、 中国主题城市投资环境及主要项目推介会汇聚了中国诸多城市一、二、三产业（包含高新技术产业、制造业、金融产业、信息产业、能源产业、旅游产业、服务产业、运输产业、文化娱乐产业、教育产业等）的优秀招商引资项目，供国际金融投资机构及国际跨国集团评估、筛选。

四、 为减少外汇储备，协调外贸平衡发展，论坛特意安排了几场海外投资环境及主要项目推介会，以促进中国金融投资机构和优秀中资企业走出国门，到海外发展。

五、 长江三角洲、珠江三角洲、环渤海、东北、西北、西南、中部、海峡西岸等中国八大经济区域将全面展示动力地产资源，展开招商引资，并通过动力地产的社会承载性，带动所有相关产业链的同步发展。

六、 对有需求的地方政府，论坛将安排外商分区域实地考察

中国城市化动力与国际投资高峰论坛得到了中国市长协会、中国土地学会、中国外商投资企业协会、中国城市经济学会、中国开发区协会、中国商业联合会及美国总商会等诸多权威机构的大力支持，目前已经确定的意向参展省市有北京、上海、天津、江苏省，广州、西安、南京、长沙、兰州、南昌、中山、商丘、泰兴等城市。园区类的项目有滨海新区、浦东新区、郑东新区、包头稀土经济技术开发区、长春汽车工业园、沈北新区、武汉光动力产业园区、郑州高新区、余航开发区、嘉兴开发区等。

It is our great honor to invite you to the International Investment Forum, at the International Exhibition Center, Beijing, October 14-15, 2007.

The 1st China International Exposition for Dynamic City Real Estate will be held on October 15th-17th, 2007 at China International Exhibition Center, Beijing, P.R. China. It is hosted by the Ministry of Construction, P.R. China, authorized by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and supported by many Chinese relevant authority organizations and mainstream Media. That’s a great international market place for international real estate investment.
The exposition will take "China Dynamic, World Opportunity" as the goal, and aims to build up the greatest resource display and the trading platform of cities’ projects in the long history of China. Simultaneously, we will invite famous mayors all over the world, world senior business executives, domestic and foreign financial & Investment institutions and many experts or scholars to attend the International Investment Summit Forum which will be held for a high-level dialogue on city, economy, policy, culture, investment and finance.
